Roland UHRINA
Mr. Uhrina is a partner of the law firm. He is a member of the Slovak Bar Association and Czech Bar Association.
He works mostly in the area of corporate law, business law, business contracts, labor law, law of stocks and bonds, legal aspects of venture capital, financial and promissory note law. He speaks English, Slovak and Czech.
Mr. Uhrina received his law degree from the Comenius University School of Law in Bratislava. In August 2004 he participated in course of European Union Law organized by the ERA.
After his graduation of law school Mr. Uhrina worked exclusively in Slovak law firms oriented on international clients.
Boris REKEN
Mr. Reken is a partner of the law firm. He is a member of the Slovak Bar Association.
He works mostly in the area of business law, business and civil suits and labour law. He speaks English, Czech and Slovak.
Mr. Reken received his law degree from the Comenius University School of Law in Bratislava. In 2002 he participated in study in Great Britain. In August 2004 he participated in course of European Union Law organized by the ERA.
Michal POTOMA
Mr. Potoma is a partner of the law firm. He is a member of the Slovak Bar Association.

Mr. Potoma received his law degree from the P. J. Šafárik University School of Law in Košice. In August 2004 he participated in course of European Union Law organized by the ERA.

Zuzana ZIGOVÁ
Mrs. Zigová is a member of the Slovak Bar Association.
She works mostly in the area of corporate law, business law, business contracts and labour law. She speaks English, Czech and Slovak.
Mrs. Zigová received her law degree from the Comenius University School of Law in Bratislava. In 1999 she participated in working study in USA. In August 2004 he participated in course of European Union Law organized by the ERA.
